Bought this for my teenager who's serious about strength training. The safety features put my mind at ease and the space-saving design keeps the basement organized. Great quality construction that should last for years.
The engineers really thought through the user experience on this one. The folding mechanism locks securely in both positions, the safety catches are easy to adjust mid-workout, and the footprint when folded is minimal. Smart design choices throughout make this a pleasure to use daily.
Comparing this to commercial gym equipment, it holds up really well. The price point is reasonable for what you get. Safety stops work perfectly and the bar glides smoothly. Nice addition to my home workout routine.
Had this installed and ready to use in about two hours. The mounting hardware is heavy-duty and the instructions were clear with good diagrams. My contractor friend helped with the wall mounting but said it was pretty straightforward.
The attention to detail on this smith machine is impressive. All the welds look clean, the powder coating is even, and the moving parts operate buttery smooth. You can tell this was designed by people who actually lift weights. Worth every penny for the quality you get.
